We personally know Jessica Robertson since I, Jenny Perez, have been a neighbor of Jessica Robertson since 1981, while I, Josie Sanchez have been the classmate and friend of Jessica Robertson since college.
2. It is personally known to us that the person by the name of Jessy Robertson appearing in some documents and records or specifically in her Certificate of live birth and the name Jessica Robertson as appearing in the Social Security System (SSS), refer to one and the same person and that her correct name is Jessica Robertson;
3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
