This letter is to inform you that the ZZZ Company has decided to terminate your employment effective immediately. After the 2 written warning letters we have gave you and a counseling session with the human resource manager, there have been no visible changes in your performance in our department. As written in the warning letter you have to improve your working performances to justify your continued work in the company. ABC Company has tried everything to help you improve with your skills and abilities. However it has become evident that you haven’t met the required standard of the company.

This leaves the company no choice but to tell you that your work is terminated. The company still wishes you all the best for your future endeavors.
