Dear Mr. White,
I have investigated the given complaint to me carefully and I have concluded that you violated a rule in our company. As all of you know, treating a customer well is one of the most important things in our hotel.
This letter serves as a formal reprimand. I am requiring you to talk to Gina Perez to offer an apology for the discourteous manner you showed to her. Be reminded that if you continue to violate the rules and regulations in our hotel you will be subject to more serious disciplinary action.
A copy of this letter will be kept in your records. If you have any questions, please contact me.
