My name is Jacky Harris and I am writing this letter to invite you in our special event in CCC School. To be held on December 15, 2009, at 9 am. We will be having an opening for the science fair.
A lot of student in the school have been contributing different experiments for the said event. We will also have our main program where our students will be presenting different kind of skills and talents.
At the said program, there will be students who will receive special awards. As one of the well-known figure in the community, we would be honored if you would come. Please reply with this letter by Monday the 7th of December to confirm your attendance in the event.
