Dear Mr. White,

This letter is to let you know that I have decided to dismiss you from your job employment at ABC Company effective immediately. Because of your failure to comply to our job rules and regulations this decision has been made. The following reasons are written below:

• On March 19, 2009, your first warning letter was given to you because you failed to submit the written report on time and you have been late for a week on submitting it. The said report is about the Website promotion of one of our client in ABC Company.
• On November 3, 2009, you were given a second warning letter because of your failure to submit the project plan about Doe’s project on its deadline date.

Sadly, after the second letter you have received still you continue to fail to accomplish your assigned work tasks. And after meeting with the Human resource Department I have decided to dismiss you as an employee effective immediately. You will be entitled to receive a two-week salary in accordance with your contract with the company.
