Dear Mrs. Kate,
This notification of three day suspension on December 14-16, 2009 is for the physical fight you had with Hazel Sanchez.
I have interviewed Vic Stanley and Patrick Henderson who were both present in the said event. They both said that you started the fight and you provoke Hazel to fight against you. I must stress that your misbehavior is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior should not be repeated in the future. Any similar behavior in the future shall lead to dismissal.
For this reason I am putting three day suspension on you without pay.
If you have questions regarding this letter please feel free to confront me in my office.
Yours truly,
(Signed)
