This letter is with regards to the accident that occurred on December 26, 2009 at the corner street of the Arizona mall.

I am the owner of the car that is parked in the side way which was damaged as the result of the conflict of the vehicle that was driven by you on the above date.

I know you know that the one that is responsible for my vehicle is you alone because you are so drunk that day. The damaged has been assessed at $70 and enclosed with this letter is the copy of the receipt I paid for the repair of my car.

I am requesting you to send me the said amount within ten days from the date of this letter or else legal proceedings will be taken against you.
