Dear Ms. Patterson,
We are sorry about the inconvenience our company caused you and your organization, after you received a damage product on October 3, 2010 with a purchase order No. SA 092807. We understand that this mistake really upset you and your business and clients.
The letter we have received from you, tells that you received a defective shipment from us, and our company is very sorry about the inconvenience we bring in you. The shipped product we have sent in your office did not meet the standard and quality that our company been delivering in the past 25 years in the business.
We valued our customers, knowing that our customers have full faith in all of the products and services that our company offers. As our customer, you are entitled to experience superior quality of products and services we have to offer to everyone.
Our special team is now starting to work on your order to make sure not to replicate the occurrence of same mistake we have caused in you. Our company will be shipping your product orders tomorrow. We hope for you to receive the shipment in the next couple of days. We already asked the shipping company to collect all of defective orders from your company before they will settle the new one.
We will assure you that the new shipment we sent in your office will finally meet your standards, because we make it sure that we packed only high quality items and products in it.
On behalf of our company, I apologize for the inconvenience we caused you and promise that this thing will not going to happen again in the future.
We are hoping that this mistake will not affect our business and professional relationship that we cherished for several years already. Please inform us if there is anything that we can do regarding to any business related issues you need to know and clear about.
We appreciate the utmost patience and consideration that you have given to our company on these challenging times.
Sincerely yours,
